Â
A School Psychologist, Advocate, and Mom Who’s Walked This Path
Lynse’s journey began long before this course. As a seasoned special education professional and a mom of three—two of whom received special education services—she has sat on both sides of the IEP table. She knows the nerves, the overwhelm, and the uncertainty parents feel.
Across her 20+ years in the field, Lynse saw the same painful pattern:
✨ Parents overwhelmed by jargon
✨ Schools controlling the narrative
✨ Families unsure of their rights and next steps
She knew something had to change. Parents deserve clarity. They deserve a voice. They deserve guidance grounded in real expertise and compassion.
That’s why she created IEP Bootcamp—to give families the tools, confidence, and support she wished every parent had from the start.

"The IEP Bootcamp completely changed the way I advocate for my son. I finally knew what questions to ask, how to read his IEP, and how to track his progress. For the first time, I feel like a true partner in the process—and the school team has noticed the difference too."
